Working with Claude in Depth: Projects, Skills, Memory and Cowork Collaboration

A full day of guided practice for those who already use Claude. Build Projects, reusable Skills and Memory, and spend a dedicated hands-on block on team collaboration with Claude Cowork.

About this seminar

This full-day session is the natural next step after the Introduction to Claude session (CL-A). You arrive knowing what Claude is; you leave able to make it work consistently and efficiently for your specific role.

The day is built around four practical blocks. Projects: named workspaces where Claude holds your context, role and preferences, so you stop repeating yourself in every conversation. Skills: reusable instruction sets you build once and trigger on demand, turning recurring tasks — drafting, summarising, formatting, analysing — into reliable one-step operations. Memory: how to make Claude progressively more useful the more you work with it. And a dedicated, hands-on block on Claude Cowork: the team-collaboration layer, where Claude works alongside a group on shared tasks rather than in a single private chat.

Every exercise uses real professional content. Participants are encouraged to bring documents, emails or recurring tasks from their own work. No technical background is required; prior use of Claude — for example the Introduction to Claude session (CL-A) — is helpful but not mandatory.

You will learn to
  • Build and configure a Claude Project with custom instructions and document uploads
  • Create at least one reusable Skill for a recurring task in their role
  • Apply memory and context management to produce consistent outputs across sessions
  • Use Claude Cowork to complete a collaborative task and explain when team collaboration is preferable to a single chat
