Lawyer. Trainer.
Learning architect.
Kramer Consulting is the Luxembourg practice of Tomasz Kramer — built on one conviction: regulation only works when the people under it know what to do differently on Monday morning.
Eighteen years inside EU law and policy — as Course Director at the Academy of European Law and lecturer at EIPA Luxembourg (2010–2023), Tomasz designed 175+ seminars and trained over 5,000 officials across ten EU institutions and eighteen countries, from judges and regulators to project managers and HR teams.
Since founding Kramer Consulting, that craft has been pointed at one problem: making AI adoption work under EU rules. The practice combines three things that rarely sit in one place — legal depth on the AI Act and GDPR, professional training design, and daily hands-on work with the AI tools themselves.
Kramer Consulting works in partnership with RMT Labs, advising in practice on the AI Act compliance of a live high-risk AI system — an AI-enhanced talent-acquisition platform under Annex III (employment). The advice you get is grounded in applied compliance work, not theory.
The firm is an accredited training provider (organisme de formation agréé) in Luxembourg. Delivery in English; working languages also French and Polish.
