The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no trackers, and profiles nobody. Here is the complete picture.

This website. kramerconsulting.lu is a static website. It sets no cookies, uses no consent banners because none are needed, and embeds no third-party trackers, social-media pixels or advertising technology.
Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web server, Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent) in server logs for security and delivery purposes (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor; see Cloudflare's own privacy documentation for details.
Analytics. If enabled, this site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool that does not track individuals across sites and stores no identifier on your device.
Email. If you write to us, we process your name, address and message content to respond (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Mail runs on Google Workspace under a data-processing agreement. Correspondence is retained as long as needed for the relationship and statutory record-keeping, then deleted.
Seminar enrolment. Enrolment for open seminars is handled by the organiser (for example the Digital Learning Hub), which is the controller for its own registration process and informs you separately.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@tomaszkramer.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.lu).
